Is the AI workflow included in the rate, or extra?

Included. Claude Code subscriptions, Cursor licenses, GetWidget UI kit access, our internal Flutter prompt library. All bundled into the hourly tier rate. You don't pay extra for the velocity advantage; you benefit from fewer hours billed for the same shipped output.

What does 'full-time dedicated' actually mean?

160 hours per developer per month, committed 100% to your project for the engagement duration. No multi-tasking across clients. Reports to your PM, attends your standups, works in your project board. You can audit their hours and commits at any time.

What's the minimum engagement?

4 weeks per developer, monthly rolling after. No long-term lock-in. Commit 3 months for 10% off; 6 months for 15% off. Hourly engagements (Senior tier and above) have a 40-hour minimum block, billed in 4-hour increments.

How does billing work (currency, terms, taxes)?

Monthly invoicing in USD, EUR, GBP, or AUD. Accepted methods: wire transfer (ACH for US clients), Stripe for first invoices, SWIFT for international. NET-15 standard terms. We're a registered Indian Pvt Ltd company. Invoices are compliant for US/EU tax filing and procurement.

Can I add or remove developers mid-engagement?

Yes, with 2 weeks notice. Adding: Senior matches in 1 week, Leads need 2 weeks. Removing: immediate at notice end. Billing is prorated. No penalty for scaling down, but if you're prepaid for a discount tier (3/6 month) we'll convert the discount back to standard rate for reduced scope.

Why is your $18/hr competitive with $10-15/hr bargain shops?

Because hourly rate isn't the right comparison; total cost-to-ship is. Our AI workflow means a feature that takes a $10/hr bargain shop 10 hours takes our team 5 hours. You pay less in total AND ship sooner. See the cost-math diagram above for the side-by-side numbers.

Are there hidden fees or markup beyond the hourly rate?

No. The hourly rate is the all-in price. Hosting, tooling subscriptions, software licenses for development tools, our AI subscriptions, all included. If you ask us to procure something specific (a paid Figma seat, a Stripe terminal, etc.) we pass through actual cost with no markup.

Do you need a deposit or upfront payment?

First invoice is paid on engagement start (NET-0 for invoice 1). After that, NET-15 monthly. We don't ask for security deposits on engagements under $50k/month. Larger pods may have a one-month deposit refundable on engagement end.
