How to apply
The application process.
- Email us your portfolio. GitHub, App Store / Play Store links, anything that shows shipped Flutter work. Send to [email protected]. Subject line: "Flutter developer application, [your name]".
- 60-min technical interview. Flutter-specific. State management, navigation, async, performance, debugging. Conducted by a Senior or Lead from our team.
- Take-home build. ~6 hours of work on a small Flutter feature against a spec. We review for code quality, tests, documentation choices.
- Paid trial week. One week on a real internal project, paid at your matched tier rate. We watch how you work; you decide if you want to join.
- Offer + onboarding. Tier match, rate, project assignment. Typical onboarding to first client work: 1-2 weeks.
